William Humble David Ward, 4th Earl of Dudley (born 5 January 1920), styled Viscount Ednam from 1932 to 1969, is a British peer.

He is the son of William Ward, 3rd Earl of Dudley, whom he succeeded in 1969, and Lady Rosemary Millicent Sutherland-Leveson-Gower, younger but only surviving daughter of Cromartie Sutherland-Leveson-Gower, 4th Duke of Sutherland. He is the uncle of actress and former model Rachel Ward.
Lord Dudley married firstly Stella Carcano y Morra on 10 January 1946. They had three children:
The marriage was marriage dissolved in 1961. Lord Dudley married secondly on 24 August 1961 Scottish actress Maureen Swanson (25 November 1932 – 16 November 2011), by whom he had seven children:
